The Miramar Beach is a large white sand beach with soft waves located in the neighbor municipality of Cd. Madero, only 30 minutes from the Tampico's Historical Downtown. This beach, appraised as one of the most beautiful of the Gulf of Mexico, is the ideal place to spend some relaxed days enjoying the sun and the sea. It offers the visitor several options for it: from the rustic "palapas" located at the shore, a recreational park, modern hotels with all services, a condo building, first rate restaurants where you can eat the best seafood and a convenience store where you can buy soft drinks and appetizers. And, lets not forget the Plaza de los Gobernadores (Governors' Square) located along the Coastal Boulevard that goes along most of the Miramar Beach and that we recommend a walk tour at sunset to enjoy the sea breeze.
