On one of the sides of the Cathedral you will find one of the most beautiful buildings of the city, the building that today is occupied by the main offices of the DIF (DIF means Family Integration Development), built by Mr. Abel Navarro in 1925 to be the site of the administrative offices of the city. Its construction has several Neoclassic elements mixed with Art Nouveau and is built on two levels.
